New Original - Check it out

Well, I started jamming on this riff tonight, so I tried to record it. I'de like to hear anything you folks have to say. No lyrics yet as I just wrote it tonight. Oh and this is the first time i've ever written anything in 6/8 time, so I'll appriciate any feedback you have to offer. Thanks

I liked it alot...the only thing I would suggest would be a little less electric but that just a personal pref.....
Anyway..real nice man! Post it again when you've got some lyrics please..

Very open and spring like...nicely done...work on some unthreatening vocalsand you might have a hit :wink:

hey greg, damn catchy little tune you have there. the shaker (is that what it is) fills in nicely for a bit of percussion. the whole way through i was thinking that the 'ol marimba was gonna bust out!! hehe. nah, good stuff. :)

Your the first person to notice the 41 influence.....the chorus uses some of the same chords, good ear.....thanks for the comments.
