New song that I wrote- only partially finished

I just started using my acid software and put part of a song down. It's as yet unnamed and unfinished. I just wanted to get a little feed back on what I've got down so far. Let me know what you think. Thanks! Here's the link:

well...the band thing is cool...it sounds fun, but to be honest, it does sound an auful lot like Dave...if that is what you are shooting for, then more power to ya'...if not, the main riff sounds like the jam in WWYS inversed...i think it is after the slide part...that chord just puts you into the mindset of WWYS...other than that, it sounds fun

polish it up and post it :wink:
