what's up everybody. been playing about 2 years and been learning with Dave's stuff. Absolutely love the hobby! Anyway I'm too shy to do this in front of anybody I know...or don't know for that matter. So I give it to you so I can't be embarrased if need be. heh. Please give a listen and let me know what you think. Be as hard on me as you want...that's what I did this for. Thanks!

Just listened to Save Me...vocals sound fine so far...the guitar sounds a little akward at points. You could improve the vocals a bit by putting more emotion into it

Warehouse...a little work on the guitar..I don't know if you're doing it as one track or recording them seperately but the strumming is a little off at times. As for the vocals, not bad but you get a little nasally at parts and too airy.

I was hoping you did the "that's my blood..." part...but you didn't..Im upset :)

One single track...yeah i'm still working on the whole singing and playing thing. Still get off with it quite a bit at times but i can usually kinda get back where i need to be.

i think i probably need a little work on the guitar with all of em...i struggle with my technique...i don't think i've actually got my own yet. palm muting and picking both up and down strokes are what i'm battling most right now....but it's coming.

i appreciate your reply. thanks!

I think that'll come when you listen to yourself and are satisfied with (and proud of) the skills you've developed. Then you'll have the self-confidence to perform in front of people.

By the way, I only had time to download and listen to Say Goodbye, but I think you did a wonderful job. :)

I agree, I think you sound good (one of the votes was mine)... I downloaded Crash and Ain't it Funny and both sounded very good. You just got to speak up a bit with the vocals. Keep up the good work, get that confidence, and your friends will be impressed... Good luck...
