I've noticed others have posted non-DMB covers so I thought I'd put up one of my all-time favs........JT's "Something In The Way She Moves".
This song has one of my favorite outro riffs ever.....check it out and let me know what you think.

Wow, thanks for the feedback Xoosh......I never expected such a positive response from anybody.......I was really anxious to follow up an otherwise average Tripping Billies cover and ironically I whipped this together in two takes. Long before I became addicted to DMB I used to spend a lot of time trying to figure out some James Taylor stuff. Hmmm.....maybe I'll follow this up with another one. Let me dust off the JT Greatest Hits CD.....Thanks again.

This is great, Very cool, mellow playing. One of the best guitar instrumental cover songs ive heard. I would love to hear someone sing to this but JT is so hard to sing.

Wow...solid cover. I'm very impressed. Nice and mellow...it really chilled me out. I need to learn some JT. My roommate says it really helps with the fingerpicking skills.

Very nice. You've inspired me to learn this song. Did you get the tab online? If so, can you post the url? Thanks.

Thanks all for the great feedback. I got the tab from a JT tab book I have, but there should be some decent tab on the net somewhere. Here's one that did help me quite a bit:

Jason......I told you, you'll NEVER hear me sing. A) my voice is horrible, and B) I couldn't possibly sing and play at the same time. That's a skill that amazes me....and I couldn't begin to do it.
If there's anybody out there that can play this song ("Something In The Way She Moves") I'd love to hear it.....I'm always looking for fills/ideas from others.

I liked the What You Are cover as well. Is that with the standard tuning from this site?
