good job...guitar didn't seem to have any trouble at all and the vocals seemed to be on...but if there was anything at all, i'd say put a little more heart into the singing...great job

nice, chris martin rocks
pertty good cover man, but i'm used to hearing it played with the fingers and not a pick, so it sounded a little different, but it was good.

very good job with the guitar. one thing I might try if I were you is to lose the pick on this particular song. it's quite the gentle song, and martin brings that forward by doing this. voice was in key, but sing with more confidence.

yes....definetly ditch the pick. its a mix of strumming with your thumb and actually picking the strings. you'll get a MUCH softer sound and you'll get a great effect.
i liked your voice actually. it sounded good. its just the guitar that i thought needed to be fixed. the pick thing and try to work on the chord changes alittle bit.....sounds too rushed. they need to fffllllloooooooooooooooooooowwwww for this song. that's just the nature of the song. IMO.
AWESOME though. that was great stuff. post some more!!

Hey DJR07, one question for you. I have been playing around with SYS and wondered what tab you used? I have been using the one from ultimate-guitar.com , version 3 I believe, as it seems the best. Just wondered what you used, and btw, sounded very good, good job man!

well i know you didn't ask me...but htis is the tab i use. i think....lol. i learned it a long time ago. me and this guy dcanes on this board tried tabbing out all of it. we watched the DVD a couple billion times. not sure if i changed anything from this tab. but try it. if anything sounds wrong, tell me. i probably changed it from the way i play.
o by the way....for the tuning you drop the low E to D, the high e down a full step, and the A down a full step. then slap a capo on two. this is how chris martin plays it. hope youlike it.
