Makes Me Smile - 1st original

Unread post by ludes454 » Mon Jan 19, 2004 3:31 am

Hey everyone, this is basically my second post here, i did a horible rendition of tripping billies but other than that this is my first.

I just got cool edit pro so while messing around i came up with this little instrumental. Some of it is a little off, and there's the AIM door opening noise on there. But tell me what you think - critisize away

LOL haahahhahha more AIM effects rock!!!

werd that was great Matty...aahh...But the song was really good. Were there 2 guitar parts or am I mistaken? The rhythm was quite different and catchy.

Well done

It was 4 different tracks, the rhythm, the melody, that lead higher up on the neck in the middle of the song, and then just me tapping on the body of my guitar.

I'm excited about this because i think with some refining and more work i could turn it into something cool and ya, i'm trying to take music to a new place with those AIM effects - think it'll catch on?? :)

Thanks for the feedback, any recommendations or ideas for improvement?

My only suggestion is spend some $ and get better recording stuff. Other than that, maybe add vocals.
