The singing isnt that bad at all...

The guitar is super clunky sounding.... Work on quicker chord changes, and cleaner chords.. Jamie Andreas has a really good book on correct guitar practice, that should help with your chord changes...

The recording quality really kills things, sounds like you used a hand recorder?

your voice is great, particularly on I'm Yours (that's a great song btw)... you actually sound a lot like mraz. guitar needs work but that's the easy part, esp. with the style of songs you seem to dig... just keep practicing.
