Scale Question

If you play the notes in a scale but in differant orders , whats that called, whats up with thaT ?

i dunno if this is what ur looking for. but you can start a scale on a different note than its root and have it be lydian or dorian or something. that gets into guitar theory and modal stuff.

theory isn't used to restrict what you can do with music, it is supposed to be used to help understand it better. if you still think the way you do, then you are just being close-minded and ignorant

I'm not sure exactly what your asking. I think your talking about sequencing. You could also be talking about modes, which someone mentioned.

Saying theory is bullshit is like saying language is bullshit. Who needs grammer, syntax, and punctuation anyway?
