Thanks all. What a sweet guitar. I have not wanted to put it down all day.
Funny thing, about two hours after I got it, I sliced my pointer finger pretty bad trying to open a demon-packaged toy my son had gotten. It bled for quite a while, and I was like NOOOOOOO! This is not happening. So we got it to stop bleeding, and I took the D-15 to the inlaws for Christmas dinner, and broke it in proper playing some old tunes with my father-in-law. I kept a band-aid on the entire time, mostly so I wouldn't bleed on my new guitar, lol.
It's pretty painful right now, but it was worth it.
We had a record FOUR guitars opened today in my house too. Got a guitar for each kid, in addition to mine, as they all want to be like dad. Seriously, they showed interest, so I wanted to make sure I provide the proper equipment for them. Nothing outrageous, but if they keep up, I'll go from there.
