Inspiration from Clapton?
Anyone ever heard the song Running on Faith by Eric Clapton. I swear the outro to that and the outro to Save Me are practically the same. I doubt there was any real inspiration but I'm checking to see if anyone else knows what I'm talking about.

the writing of save me is hardly an accomplishment. C G F... dave rarely uses this progression, but its just a simple blues progressionDreaminBassMunky wrote:but Dave didn't write watchtower, or stairway. so it's kinds of different. Dave did write save me and it's kind of like a song that a different artist wrote.
and trey anatasio takes the title of using F C G way too much
