Unread post by Halcyon » Fri Oct 17, 2003 10:02 pm

I just found out that Bela Fleck and the Flecktones are going to be on Conan O'Brian tonight. Thats Oct 17 at about 12:30. I'll be like you guys and watch it.

Just thought I'd let everyone know.

Drumitar, just an electric drum thingy that allows him a little more freedom.

I've seen the Flecktones live 5 different times, and this was the first time I've ever heard Bela miss a note. In the intro he muted a few, and you could see him get a little upset in the face.

Those guys are so talented it makes me want to shit.

bass player = Victor Wooten
sax player = Jeff Coffin
banjo = Bela Fleck
drumitar = FutureMan (Vic's *cousin) (thanks for fix fj)

It was good, ya I noticed Vic's little mistakes, but he still ripped it up.
