Seek Up off the new bonus album for Some Devil.....

Unread post by Ryeguy » Thu Oct 16, 2003 7:14 pm

Tim Reynolds throws this really cool, simple sounding solo in the chorus of Seek Up.. it goes from 5:40-6:18. I guess im just wondering if anyone has come across a good tab for this.. Or knows how to play it, and has it tabbed out. I know this message might seem a bit pre-mature since the ablum is not that old, but that solo is so cool and i have to be able to play it!.

Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": I'm thinking about getting metal legs. It's a risky operation, but it'll be worth it.

yeah key word is "Started". Sure you might be able to pull off a few riffs but to play the whole things takes a lot more skill than "someone who can't figure it out themselves" has.

I can play tim reynolds riffs. Some with ease, others are tough. really tough.. the fact that i can't listen to one of his songs and be able to tab it, doesn't mean that I can't play a Tim Reynolds tab that someone else has made. agreed that tim is a master at improve and its probably impossible to imitate his style accuratly. That goes for most great artists though. Did you read the post i had at the top of the board anyways?? this is just 3 small riffs, i think i can handle it.. ;-)

i have been tabbing it recently actually.. and your right it does make a person a better muscian. i guess i was trying to make a point that i can play a tim reynolds tab without having to tab them. that makes sense i think.. but i agree with you.
