cool song to play at a talent show?

lookin for something cool with a few guitars in it and singing...acoustic...maybe two 6 strings with a 12.

neon would be good cuz ppl know john mayer, i dont like him, but i do like that song so...
if i were giving advice to someone on how to fly.....

id probably say throw yourself at the ground..and miss.

wish you were here -the pink floyd type :D great freaking song. don't know that you need that many guitars though. a 12 and one lead 6 would be cool.

yea i was actually thinkin that...but there are 3 of us that wanna do it and all 3 play guitar and only one sings.

you could do just about any song. ie, when i did crush, i wrote a little lead guitar piece that went behind the main part of the song. that takes two guitars, then the third guitar can play real lead w/ solos and improv. if you wanna hear my example, go to the recording forum and go to the crush voting contest and check out my crush entry. there are two guitars playing rhythm and fatjack playing lead. you could do that w/ just about any given song

the very first part of wish you were here sounds really cool on a 12 string IMO...and then there is the 2nd guitar that comes in during that intro and plays throughout and i dont know about the 3rd guitar

We did Stairway at a talent show (with electric, of course)

and lost... that sucks considering we nailed it about..%80.
