so i'm learning stay or leave. but what else can i play now that i have the capo when i need to take a 'leave' from stay or leave (ha ha)? it could be from any artist, dave or non dave.

loads, man. coldplay's Sparks, a lot of David Gray songs, etc. etc. just look around. a lot of artists use Capos.

some howie day songs...Disco to name one, there are a few others...
most coldplay is actually in an alternate tuning, but capos work for a lot of them

capos are cool. put it high up and you can play chords that you can't (or are fuckin' hard to) play open. ya know cause the frets are closer together and the action is lower and shit. fun to fool around.

congrats on your 3000 posts, man. yeah David Gray is awesome. White Ladder rules. I think my favorite song from that album is Say Hello Wave Goodbye, and yes Capo 2.

thanks a lot, dude. he's brilliant. i love him. he demonstrates the beauty of simplicity. Say Hello, Wave Goodbye was an absolutely awesome cover, and i love it more than the original. Babylon is still always a classic, and i've grown to love Please Forgive Me because of the Live at the Point dvd. seen it? if not, you should!
