Speed picking

OK, i think i have the strumming hand down when it comes to tremolo...or however you spell it...picking or speed picking. but my left hand is retarded and can't keep up. im up to a respectable speed, but (of course) not where i want to be. anyone got any intermediate to advanced fingering exercises?
