Jason Mraz: The Remedy

This is a really great song and really fun to play too. But, looking through the tabs I've found for it, there's a section that doesn't appear on any of them. I don't think he does it live too much and I can't really tell if it's in the recorded version cause there's so much else going on at the same time, but I do know that he did it when he played on Last Call w/ Carson Daly. For those of you who know the song, the part I am referring to is the part just after the bridge when he repeats the prechorus ("because the remedy....."). It's what he does on his guitar there that I just can't figure out. To see what I'm talking about go to mrazmerized.com and d/l the video of him playing on Carson. It's some sort of key change and i just can't fiure it out. Any help would be appreciated.
