Shout Out Loud

Unread post by Rodey » Sat Jan 05, 2008 8:04 pm

Ok, I have loved this song by Amos Lee for a long time now, but both of the tabs I've seen don't seem correct and don't look like what he's playing.

This one seems fairly accurate, but I still think something is missing:

Here's a pretty decent video of him playing live:

If anyone could figure it out, I'd appreciate it.

looks like 4 chords to me all based around D

D - xx0232
D/B - x2x23x
D/F# - 2x0232
G - 320033

Hmmm, I'm not sure if that D/B is right.

I think everything else is though. I just tried it and that D/B just doesn't sound right to me. Most of the tabs I've seen only have the three chords, the D, G and D/F# but I'm always positive there's a 4th chord in there, at least from what I've seen on videos of him playing it live.

Amos Lee. This song is off his new(est?) album. Check out some of his older stuff too; "Keep It Loose, Keep It Tight" is a fantastic song
