best solos of all time

Unread post by saleen » Wed Apr 23, 2003 1:32 am

you guys have probably been through it.............. but I'm new here and all these the best ____ questions I just had to ask.

for me it's

randy rhoads (ozzy) - crazy train (wish I could play that, not only fast but amazing build up/down)

slash (guns n' roses)- sweet child o' mine

kirk hammet (metallica) - unforgiven

which solo's effect you guys the most?/would you love to be able to play (or can)?

Frusciante is easily one of my favorite guitarists, probably top 5, but I don't think any of his solos are that great. His value is on the rhythmic variety of his songs.
