Can someone help me out with this one?

Hey, everyone, I was hoping someone could help me figure this out.

I've been trying to learn The Pumpkin's "Mayonaise", but it has some very non-standard chords in it and I can't find a voicing of these chords that sounds right with what I'm comparing it to, which is the Earphoria acoustic version of the song. So if you're reading this and you know the fingerings of those chords, could you please let me know what they are? I'd greatly appreciate it.
