Unread post by guitardmb » Tue Feb 15, 2005 8:06 pm

eh not crazy about it, it seems too high up there, and its not any easier than just playing the song.

I don't see the big deal, it takes what, 10 seconds to tune down? :?

considering not everyone has a chromatic tuner and there is no C string its harder.

And dont post on this thread if you are going to criticize me. I thought this way was easier and if you dont like this way dont say anything. I was having trouble the other way when i learned this song a year and a half ago and i changed the way its played to make it easier. I thought i would share it if you dont like it dont say anything.

I'M SOOOO SORRY IF I HURT YOUR FEELINGS

tune your low E at the 9th fret against the A string. Done. No chromatic tuner needed. OR tune it open against the 3rd fret on the A string.

I'm not trying to belittle you, I think it's cool that you made an alternate tab. You should try learning all the notes on the neck, that way jumping into another tuning is pretty basic.
