Anyone else love Days of the New?

Just a quick question. Travis Meeks can flat out make the acoustic sound as cool as possible, in a darker way. The outro to Enemy is just.... just.... wow.

I agree tat their first alumn was great and the second was horrible....that's because Travis is a complete asshole. He wanted to run everything to do with the band and when they wanted to put their input in he kicked them out. The second albumn was mainly just Travis.

I got a chance to see them live...they opened for Metallica a few years back....they were quite good.

OH yeah the memebers that got kicked out of DOTN formed that short lived band Tantric

Peace,

I went through a time when I couldn't stop listening to the album with The Down Town on it, but haven't listened in quite a while. I never thought the follow up album was so great. But, yeah, there's no denying the abilities of Meeks.

Tantric WAS kinda shortlived...the Breakdown was a cool song, but then they went on to " hey-e-a I just found my WANG..." or whatever lol...
