haha, anyway, the last 2 months, i have played 4 hrs a day, my calluses on the tips of my fingers have string indents! and everytime i play, i get buzzes, cuz the indent get almost permanent lol. wth. i tried not playing for a day, the indents still there, and i am getting buzzes. whoopeee help.

hmmm, ive never had this problem, and i play 3 hours a day too... i get the indents, but they go away after a little while... hmmm.

I've never had problems with fingertips, but my thumb starts killing me after playing too much warehouse or any other song involving inhumane stretches of the hand.

eh? i didnt complain about my calluses, and yes i do like to play with my calluses cuz you need them to play. lol.

Wash your hands more often, but don't play the day you plan to do this or you'll wear off the skin. Playing softly should be fine, though.

Also, the buzzing could be if you strings are too small. I had this problem as my stings were 10's then I switched to 11's and it got rid of the problem.
