Anyone know of any good sites with good acoustic tabs for any of Nirvana's stuff?

Cobain (sp?) was an awesome lyricist but terrible at guitar. Most of his stuff is the same music with little variations.

..

I think his was a great guitar player. Sure he didn't shred it up with any wicked solo's, but nirvana created a sound that hooked everyone to their band.. including myself.

I never said it sounded bad but he was still at a very low level when he was playing for a while.

hmm..as long as something sounds good, it really doesn't matter how long a guitar player as been playing. I just don't see how its relevant thats all.

No it doesnt matter how long he has been playing. But what I mean was he wasnt a very skilled guitarist. He wasnt very good at writing different guitar oarts. He would just take a part from another song and change it a little bit and write new lyrics.

That's putting me down as a two year guitarist.

Thats not what I meant.

How long you have been playing has nothing to do with anything. I'm going to change that so no one makes another comment on it.

I just meant that he was playing for like 10 years and he was still at a very low level. And dont say anything about him playing way more or less than 10 years cause i could give a damn. I dont study Nirvana.

I've never really thought nirvana was any good, except for their covers. The mtv unplugged show has 12 covers and only two originals. I've always thought cobains "originals" sucked, along with his guitar playing but i don't think he gave two shits about the guitar.
I will say that nirvana songs "are" fun to play acoustic.

I must disgree. His lyrics are great. Its just his guitar playing that made the songs crappy.

I think its always fun to play harder rock, harder as in more electrical and distorted stuff, on acoustic. Sounds cool.

where did you get this information? I count 8 originals and 6 covers. And 3 of the covers were played with the band that wrote them, Cobain just sang them.
