first post and a tab question

Unread post by yworry69 » Thu Oct 07, 2004 10:34 pm

Whats up. I've been reading this forum for a while and so I decided to start posting. A buddy told me about this site a while ago and i've been checking it out everyday for different tabs.

Anyways I had a small question about the guitar in the fugees version of no woman no cry. The tab im looking at is here
http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/f/f ... ry_tab.htm

But the middle part sounds a little off to me. Unfortunately I can't tell because in the song whenever that part is playing theres talking or singing over it.

C G a
e --0-------3-------0------------
h --1-------3-------1------------
g --0-------4-------2------------
d --2-------5---0---2-0/2-3-3-2-2
A 3---------5-3---0--------------
E ----0/1-3----------------------

Anyways it's between the G and the A that it sounds a little weird. Could someone just tell me if it's right? maybe my timings just off.

Thanks guys.

Not explicitly, but the generally-accepted standard is the height of 5 lines. That one is far too big :D

I don't know which blank lines you're talking about, but what's in your profile is what is shown. I could edit it for you, if you prefer. Your sig is currently 11 lines...
