Howie Day Morning After

Unread post by eddie » Sun Feb 16, 2003 3:00 pm

Can someone tab the slide part(s) that howie does in the into of morning after.

am f c g
e ----------------(3)-(3)--3--|
b -0---1---0---1---0---1---0--|
g -2---2---2---2---0---0---0--|
d -2---2---3---3---2---2---0--|
a -0---0-------3---3---3---x--|
e -------------------------3--|

I think its right after the g chord.

it sounds like a slide on the high e.

Thanks.

all i can hear is:

Code: Select all

e-\5-3-1-0-
B----------
G----------
D----------
A----------
E----------
..it sounds like it keeps going into the chords again, but i can't hear what it is.

I think Howie Day could sound like anyone singing if he tried hard enough. He's got a versatile voice.
