You're Inspiration
What guitarist has influenced you the most:
Tim Reynolds
Eric Clapton
SRV
Hendrix
George Harrison
John Lennon
Pete Townsheand (I can't spell his name)
BB King
Santana
**Others . . .
(I didn't list Dave, because I am sure all of us have been influenced by his playing)
I have to say Tim Reynolds, George Harrison, and John Lennon.
Tim just inspires me to get better, experiment with new guitar sounds, and certain types of playing. George and John by their song writings, and their emotions in their songs (expecially for solo George for emotions in the songs).

I can't say that I'm "inspired" yet by anyone as I'm not doing my own music.
However, I've long admired:
Clapton, Hendrix, SRV, Robert Cray, Jonny Lang, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Dave, Tim, all the guys from Gipsy Kings, Dean DeLeo from STP, Mike McCready from Pearl Jam (Stone Gossard too for that matter), and Neil Finn (Crowded House).

jeff buckley. he was all around. he did it all very well in my opinion.
dave, counting crowes, and david gray for songwriting.
radiohead for different approaches.
as far as oldies, damn near all of them. we remember them cuz they were great. that would take too long. but short list:
neil young. hes the man.
also, clapton has been consistent.
