my guess is it doesn't work - i'm pretty sure you can't learn perfect pitch, its a gift, something you're born with

practice, you don't need a training video. At best, they'll give you some ways to practice, and then say "practice for a few years."

i'm thinking about trying that too. anyone wanna pool money together to buy it? then we can share?

btw, can perfect pitch in any way be a curse. i can only think of reasons why it'd be awesome.

not entirely correct....this can be acquired as with anything, with time and practice...the amount of time and practice will vary from musician to musician however

I've read that people with true perfect pitch attain it in the first year of their life. People with perfect pitch are few and far between though like ambidextious people. Pavorati can tell the difference between an A 440Hz and a A 438Hz. Thats really what perfect pitch is about. Everything else is just listening and developing.

Don't buy crap from that guy. Just practice yourself and you'll get it. It's really not too hard... Kind of like singing and how with practice it's easy to instantly match frequencies and recognize being an octave lower or something to that effect.

You may not be able to tell a C 440hz from a C 438hz, but you'll be able to tell a C from an A or G without much hassle.
