I choose every so often also. It seems to me that when im tired I play better, or maybe i just dont give a shit what i sound like.

I'd have to say about once a month. Im usually a pretty upbeat guy, but things do build up sometimes and you gotta let it all go.

I can make myself have a bad day by simply doing jack shit and thinking about how my life sucks (which it dont). yeah, havent had one in a while
