he's the guy from american idol who sang "she bangs" and he murdered it so bad, and it was hilarious because he was dancing all around, and looked pretty funny.

i think that's him at least, i saw a clip of it a while ago

The last I knew, His album was at no.5 on the top 20 rack in FYE.
