Here's some good sites I've compiled over time.
Some are more advanced than others and vice versa but there's usually something worth while to take from each one so explore them thoroughly. Please share any good ones that you've come across as well. I'm always looking for good sites.

http://www.guitar-and-bass.com/guitar/index.html-Purely scale, chord, and arpeggios charts. Can be very useful and it's free!
http://www.zentao.com/guitar/-General theory/technique site. Some really good reasources.
