Not that I would but would you be able to get the same three piece back with the east indian rosewood and the african paduak (or whatever the hell woods are on the back of it)?

I duno if it is really possible to get the Paduak...but I am sure there is another wood that could be subbed for it. The only thing about the DM3MD is the interior construction is completely specific to that guitar. I am not sure that a person could special order that to be changed. Also, it has Engleman spruce that has been aged artifically (for aesthetics)...
