I'm repsonsible for more broken strings on the electric than on the acoustic and I basically rock out on the acoustic and not as much on the electric.

Four strings in a week and a half isnt that bad unless its the same string over and over. On my old guitar the saddle had a sharp spot which was making it break.

I've broken one string in my life and it was the first time I ever changed strings and I wound my B string WAY too tight. Fucking n00b. :roll:

You may be strumming harder than you used to, there could be a sharp spot on your saddle or nut, your strings could be old. Probably some more reasons too. If it happens with the same string over and over or if you put new strings on and then a day later they all break, then thats when to start complaining.

Well, they're new strings. Brand new. But it's a different string each time. Maybe I'm just playing harder than I used to.

I've had weeks like that too. If it does it again after you change them then I would suggest taking it somewhere to get checked out.
