I put in farmhouse and closed my eyes last night. I got to Inlaw Josie Wales and fell asleep. Amazing piece of music
Not as good as Junta or Lawnboy tho
I disagree
For serious? Take the best song off of farmhouse and put it up next to You Enjoy Myself, or Reba, or Esther, or The Divided Sky and see how they compare.
While those are very good songs, the way farmhouse is put together, the mellow start, the cresciendo (sp?) in bug, Heavy Things, Gotta Jiboo, Dirt, Piper, then the mellow down into Inlaw Josie Wales, and Sand. Sand is quite possibly one of the best acoustic instrumentals I've ever heard. Just the way it is produced and put together, is like butta.
im gonna agree with kahn here, i like farmhouse more, although junta has some amazing tracks (divided sky is my favorite...but its about 8 songs combined i think i counted one time it has 17 different parts)

oh yea, I really love his music. All of his stuff is pretty good, but "our endless numbered days" is by far the standout CD-

I guess i can see where youre comin from, but i just prefer those other albums. On the songs like the ones i mentioned above, i just get lost in them, and thats what i go to phish for. They are just fantastically written songs

For us living any other ways was nuts. with all the goodie-goodies working shitty jobs for bum pay checks, took the subway work and worried about their bills were dead. they were suckers, they had no balls. if we wanted something we just took it, and if anybody complained twice they got hit so hard believe me they never complained again
