Does anyone know a website that shows what the chords become when there is a capo on a certain fret? or can someone explain it to me.

Simple way is to just figure out what the chord is without capo, then take the root note of where you're capo-ing and adjust accordingly.

Okay...but at certain level there is no "best" it's just what style you like.
The best at any genre is Eric Johnson hands down, if you dont know who he is you have been living under a rock for too long. If you want to hear awesome guitar playing, amazing songwriting and vocals, he is the man. His technical ability puts Jimi Hendrix to shame, and I will be damned if he is better than Eddie Van Halen too.

well I was going to start a new thread but I *searched* and found this 8-)

Here's a few good sites that aren't in here:

http://www.frets.com amazing acoustic instrument site, everything you need to know about care and maintenance with awesome photo tutorials.

http://www.cyberfret.com good collection of lessons...though I much prefer books to learn and study music, if you don't want to buy books, the lessons here are pretty damn good.

Chords in open tunings. Really good. Warning: PDF may take a minute, but this is worth saving kiddos.
