I gotta get me one of those guitar scale books that have like every scale for every key.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

Well, duh, but some people want to expand on it with blues scales and pentatonic scales and stuff to make it more interesting.

well duh... both of those scales, and every one used in western music, is based upon the major scale
