I'm trying to sing the way granny suggested. And I've just about had it with that way. Let Pavarotti have perfect technique. Dammitall.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

i'm still not sure about this whole thing. i mean do you have to hold your adams apple down? i just stick my index finger there so it can move a little but not shoot up. is this ok cuz i can sing pretty normally. (and i can't hit high notes in the first place so i dont have to worry about that)

no.... have you ever seen anyone forcing their adam's apple down? please for the love of God don't do that

haha. go fatjack! anyway, larynx control can be attained in other ways. i don't think it's ever good to use force...
