Just like a car, as soon as you leave the lot (or guitar store) the axe goes down in value. It's just t he way it is. If you paid $2,900.00 I'd say that to get in cash $2,350.00 to $2,600.00 would be fair but it all depends on condition and who is willing to spend the money. Good luck and I'd try some of the tips posted above like Guitar Center trade or a serious guitar auction site.
