wrist problems

I have those on the back of my feet, right at the heel. Its not too unatrual though for a hockey players. Quite a few people on my team had them, but were worse then mine. I just get them drained. Not that big of a deal. But I plan to get them removed once I find the time....which is not anytime soon.
