well i like the chords of the song ''polly'' from ''nirvana'' who would believe thats a song for a parakeet.... they are E minor, G , D , C and over again...sounds cool if u play it right

Fixed that for you. There's no such thing as "diminished (or half diminished) minor.

That's just an E half diminished 7th chord. You probably got hung up on the fact that it contains a minor third, like a minor chord, but it also has the diminished fifth and the singly flat seventh (a fully diminished chord would be a bb7).

0-2-4-1-0-0
some e major chord

sounds pretty cool if you tune the b and e down a half step and play the chord like this

x-2-4-1-0-0

thats one of my favs
