Help tabbing song from Garden State movie (link included)

Here's some more of it. You'll notice the intro is slightly different because I noticed that the guitarist is most likely using a dropped high e tuning. Here's the first 40 seconds. And I'm really liking this song

The high e string is tuned down a whole step (2 frets) to D.
Just match the pitch of your high e string to the pitch of your b string, 3rd fret
