high action

so is it a given that the crappier the guitar the higher the action? why is this the case? Who in their right mind loves to play a guitar with high action?

high action doesn't bother me much.. i can play with action that is damn high.. i'm just used to it i guess.. i have a shitty guitar.. *wishes christmas would come sooner*

nope. crappier guitars buzz more.

giving it high action is one of the easiest solutions to make this problem go away.
