SRV died too soon, damn helicopters!! yeah he was the man, everyone at my school is like yeah i learned this new underoath song or the used song and im like thats great, but me and little wing(really jimi hendrix) will kick your ass bitch hahaha

There's no wrong answer (mostly cause analogy is really general).

If you guys want to know, I'm looking to learn my first SRV song, so I'm looking for suggestions.

Although, i lost a little respect for him when he started to sound like Mayer.

You're kidding, right? You do know that SRV died in a helicopter crash in 1990, way before the name John Mayer ever meant anything to anybody? If any body started sounding like anybody it's John Mayer that started sounding like SRV.
