Make sure when practicing these scales that you start from the root(1st) and end on the root one octave above. Anyone can play random notes so it's important to learn what each note sounds AND feels like. Another extremely important part of soloing is embellishment i.e. slides, bends, trills, pull-offs etc. Learn how to add these colors thoughtfully don't just throw one in cause you feel like it.
