John Butler Trio

Unread post by ledzepp4l » Sat Jul 16, 2005 5:34 pm

Has anyone ever seen the John Butler Trio DVD? If so I was wondering if anyone could get me the tabs for his live version of Oceans, as well as the tuning. Thanks.

This is the closest tab I have been able to find, i think. I am not nearly good enough to play a good majority of the song, so I just used this tab to figure out a good skeleton for the song and add stuff that is at my skill level, and it usually sounds not awful.

Oh yeah...the tuning is CGCGCE with a capo on the second fret (sometimes the fourth fret), i do believe.

Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": "I once saw this in a movie, it was about a bus that had to keep it's "speed" above 50, and if it's "speed" dropped, it would explode...I think it was called "The Bus That Couldn't Slow Down"!
