Bob Marley's "Get up, stand up", need help

I've looked all over the place to find the chords to this song, but all I get are these guitar riffs that I don't care about. They also say that the only chord to the song is Cm, but that's boring. If you have a live version of the song, you know they use other chords. The progression goes:

Cm-Cm-Cm-(some higher chord) Cm-Cm-(some lower chord X 2)

Can anyone figure out the other chords to at least the live version?
