big country was one of the ones that got me hooked to bela's music. I would always listen to it while doing paperwork at the museum I used to work at.

Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

I can give you the solo and main hook for big country, and the jam at the end. thats it though, the rest changes every single time he plays the song. i've also done resolution. this is all tabbed for bass, so just play it as you want to, an octave lower or higher or blah blah blah

Code: Select all

resolution intro hook. played on a 4 string bass

Man, the Flecktones are sick. I love Little Worlds....especially Bil Mon. That song is just crazy. I just can't say enough good things about their music...

Except the lyrics, never been a really big fan of any vocals on a Flecktones album. Just my opinion though...
If you want to be the popular one at a party, here's a good thing to do: Go up to some people who are talking and laughing and say, "Well, technically that's illegal." It might fit in with what somebody just said. And even if it doesn't, so what, I hate this stupid party.

totally agree...the only part ive found acceptable is the "way up high" in A Moment So Close (on Outbound)

I was listening to the Flecktones for a good bit of work today and just loved it. Without the lyrics it makes it even better for me because I won't be singing along, except some licks I hum, but I mean it won't distract me as I work. The music is awesome.
