PLEASE HELP WITH JACK JOHNSON SOLO!!

Hey guys, I downloaded this video on WinMx by Jack Johnson and the song is called "wasting time". It's a pretty sweet song but his solo in this video is drifferent from his CD version. Can anyone try and figure this solo out for me??... I think you'll like it too!

While there is already a thread about JJ up here, has anybody heard his new single and can anybody give me an idea of the chords he's playing?

As for that tab, I experimented with many locations, and that's what I got. I'm almost postive that first Am7 is open though. The only thing I'm unsure of is the C7.
