Finger exercises/moveable scales

I've been working on the speed of my fingers lately and all the exercises I know are really simple and more for starting guitarists. Anyone know of any or of a site i can get some advanced ones from?

Also anyone know how do do a moveable minor scale and modes and stuff. I know how to do the scales themselves but it would be easier for me to memorize maybe 12 positions and just move it to the key i want it if you understand me. I already know a moveable major but i would like the rest if anyone knows them thanks.

Also a tabbed or standard notation version of the circle of fifths would be great too.
