use notepad.

make six lines of ----------------------

then fill in the numbers. :)

Just be ready to edit it if necessary, the borders of the page often screw the tabs up.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking

Or just learn to read music. You can buy notebooks of sheet music. I love it. Then just keep one and photocopy it at work to save yourself money from that point on.
