Does anybody have an idea on the tab for this song? It's off the new album, thanks.

Hey this is just a quick shot at a rough outline (I just downloaded the song :D ). Try playing these barre chords- Em (X79987), D (X57775), A (577655), and G (355433). Kind of pick the first couple notes, then strum. I'm not sure about the rest of the song yet. If you want anymore Jack tabs try this site http://www.stanford.edu/~reedg/guitartab.html . Jack Johnson is great, man.

here's the riff that sticks around most of the song:

Code: Select all

-----------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------7h8-7h8--7-7------------------------
--7h9-7h9--7-7----------------------9-9-7h9p7--------------
---------------9-9--7-------------------------9-7h9p7------
------------------------------------------------------9-9--
-----------------------------------------------------------

...that's the tab for the song, that's what you asked for.

duh, i know how to read tab, it was just confusing because you got lines going under line that are supposed to be on the same line. I figured it out though, thanks again.

Huh lol ? Lines going under line that are supposed to be on the same line ? Tab is written in 6 lines , 1 for each string .... Are you saying that madtadder wrote it wrong ? Because i don't really see why , and im confused now
